Introduction
Digital and Sustainable Lean Six Sigma training combines traditional Green Belt Six Sigma training, the contents of Lean thinking and the strategic notions of Digital and Sustainability culture. The strategic vision of the culture of efficiency of processes and products, with direct repercussions on the operating margins of a company organisation, combined with the new tools of digitalisation and together with the theme of environmental sustainability, which is highly strategic today, represents a strategic model for the training of high profile managers to be included in new organisations. The scientific approach aimed at minimizing defects, rework and waste with a statistical vision of the company organisation, finds its natural evolution in digital culture, holding firm and strengthening the values of a green and sustainable world.
